In the future, the world may be filled with hostile AI systems.
This is according to a paper by the center for AI safety,
it's director,
Dain Handricks,
pictured here, says,
even if some developers build altruistic AIs,
there will still be those who build less altruistic AIs.
Hendricks says the less altruistic ones will out compete the altruistic ones.
Now think about this, in the business world a lot of corporations that put profit about everything else could use AI wrongfully.
They could have AI systems helped make profit in ways that may or may not be legal.
Hendricks believes less moral AI systems will perform better and may therefore in the future fill the world.
Worse yet,
he believes, they could even make CEO-level decisions without any oversight.
דן,
Hendricks has a PhD in AI from UC Berkeley. He developed a key part of the deep learning model and he's been researching AI for the past seven years.
So, we ask Hendricks, why he thinks this is?
He told us that the current AI race is reckless.
The current AI arms race, is it prioritizing safety? They're largely prioritizing,
so just making the most powerful products as possible and trying to position themselves to automate as many jobs as possible.
Safety is a secondary consideration.
So, without the public raising their voice about these sorts of concerns,
I find this well-and-out-out-of-the-day they're going to stop by their own devices.
Hendricks says companies are locked in the survival of the fittest environment.
The ones who play it safe when it comes to AI will lose the race.
And conversely, the most reckless will win.
We spoke to technologist and former Tesla employee אלכסה אידן.
She says, how we program AI matters as well.
We are the ones training the AI.
So, if we are not taking a hard look at who we are as people in our society and how we are interacting in the markets,
then we won't be able to train AI to be any better than ourselves.
Though,
not everyone agrees with Dan Hendricks' paper we spoke to AI expert ארמון קולופיאן,
who has a PhD in biology,
with a strong focus on artificial intelligence.
קולופיאן אומר,
he rejects the premise that non-ultruristic AI systems will,
by definition, perform better.
Law enforcement could also use AI systems?
Competitors in the industry subset could use different AI associated capabilities.
So, there indeed could be a short term game,
but there is actual overall risk to the company housing the AI or even the AI itself.
קולופיאן also believes that government regulations and public opinion,
for example,
will reduce harm that might come with less altruistic AI.
But Dan Hendricks argues that regulation is not good enough,
in large part because they take a long time to set up.
Regulators tend to address the issue after there is a catastrophe.
So, there's a saying in aviation, which is that aviation regulations are written in blood.
So, if we rely on a, or if we will only address safety after there is a catastrophe, then that might be waiting until it's too late, or until some very serious damage is done.
So, what's the solution?
One is giving AI to good actors like the public, the government and maybe law enforcement.
This could rain in AI that are used maliciously.
We spoke to the head of AI strategic development at Adobe, Chris Duffy.
Duffy generally agrees.
There is power in collective intelligence, meaning not only human plus machine,
but multiple AI systems.
And so, when you have different systems,
they counterbalance each other.
And I would offer this up as additional perspective to the paper.
Hendricks ends את מספרו שלו ב-Handricks,
by calling on countries around the world to regulate AI development.
He urges them to recognize that AI could be a catastrophic threat to humanity.
But let's consider for a minute, what has actually been modified
since 1992?
Well, we know seeds have been genetically modified.
How many of you shop in the store looking for GMO free,
you know, food?
seeds, right?
So, we know that pretty much, you know,
Monsanto and Bayer have taken over the genetic engineering of crop seeds especially.
We know that insects have been modified. Companies like Oxi-tech, a good example, they created a mosquito that has a kill switch in it, that when it breathes with the females,
the females offspring can't live. They can't even get out of the water.
So, they're spreading those insects all over the place right now.
Down in Florida, down in סף אמריקה.
And then, they have animals that have been modified.
We all familiar with that pretty much, beef and pigs and chickens and turkeys and turkeys.
I don't know why I have chickens in there twice. I don't even like chicken.
But the chicken lobby is going to tell me this time. Oh, you, you...
באמת.
We know that fish has been modified because it says farm-raised fish.
They figured out how to take a salmon from the sea,
genetically modified it so that we will grow twice as fast על a farm.
And they can grow them up.
They look pretty much the same, I guess.
They can grow them up and slaughter them. And they get fish twice as fast under control
סיטואציה קטעית.
Trout, קט,
fish, צלאפיה,
stripe,
פלונדר,
וכמה דברים אחרים גם.
And those have all been
genetically modified at this point.
Just go to the store and look at the labels.
Then you have bacteria and viruses that have been genetically modified.
COVID was genetically modified.
With gain of function, research, I'm not afraid to say that.
They know I'm right.
Only because I talk to doctors who know they're right.
Scientists.
You have bacteria that has been genetically modified.
Good example of that are the bacteria that was created to mop up oil spills in the ocean.
Kind of an interesting application in a way.
I wouldn't say I'm against that, but maybe you should have the oil spills in the first place.
But all of those things have been modified.
And that only leaves basically one frontier left.
You follow me?
One frontier left.
Space.
The final frontier.
These are the voyages of the star ship Enterprise.
They're ongoing mission to explore strange new worlds.
To seek out new forms and new civilizations.
To go to the sky where no one has gone before.
And no one wants to go there still.
This sounds like science fiction.
It's not.
We can't even tongue and cheek joke about it being like science fiction because it's so deadly.
And I'm going to give you a slide show here.
From several time magazine covers.
The dates. The date is on the left.
Starting in 1971. And just kind of think, where were you when these covers appeared?
I mean, isn't time magazine always in the grocery store line?
Sorta. I mean, I think.
Long next to the, you know, the tabloids.
Well, in 1971. Well, in 1971. This cover
counted the new genetics.
Man into Superman.
Never heard a discussion back then.
I don't know what I was doing in 1971. I clearly wasn't paying attention.
How about 1977?
The DNA fewer
Bus.
Bus.
Bus. How about 1984?
Bus.
Bus.
Bus. The boom. Ingenie.
And a little subtitle down there, How genetic engineering would change us in the next century.
see, there was no under the cover whispering about this.
They flat out said it,
but nobody was paying attention.
How about 2015?
The gene machine.
What does the CRISPR experiment mean for humanity?
This was after, of course, CRISPR technology was invented. That's a snיף and clip.
The way to change the genetic code, 2015. And then here's another מגזין,
Scientific American,
that came out to cover progress and controversy,
genetic engineering.
And the reason I put this in was point 1.2 down in the middle of the white spot.
The RNA revolution, just so you could get it.
I want to make the connection here
that when you talk about the RNA revolution,
people argue with me,
well that's not DNA.
בול.
They don't know what they're talking about.
It isn't DNA truly,
The end of humanity's reliance on our congenital bodies by transforming our frail version 1.0 human bodies into their far more durable and capable version 2.0 counterparts.
That's a pretty broad statement.
One question you're going to ask, well, how are they going to do that?
Do we just like to go down through a machine like they have at the airport, where you have to stand on your hands up and they scan you and stuff? Is that how it's going to happen?
No, it's not.
But we have a clue from the man himself.
So, what should you do?
You, the millennials and the generation set.
What should you do different?
What is it?
What is it?
What is it?
You are calling for the international community to safeguard vaccine equity,
to respond to COVID-19 and to prevent future health crisis.
No one will be safe if not everybody is vaccinated.
No one will be safe if not everybody is vaccinated.
No one will be safe.
This is pretty ostentatious, of course, for a man who has no medical credentials whatsoever.
Who has no clue what he's talking about, but he's building a party line here based on Transhumanism.
Because he knows that the shots are the first step to convert us into humanity.0.
This is one reason the shots are so dangerous today.
Even if somebody has had a shot, that's not the end of the world,
necessarily.
But even if a person has had a shot,
there's protocols that might help them to overcome some of the effects of the shot, that would be good to do.
But the many people who have had totally adverse reactions to the shots, it's just off the charts.
It's incredible.
I have a friend at New York University,
who is an expert on propaganda, he's a tenure professor.
He's been collecting videos around the world of people who have died suddenly.
I'm really glad that he did that. He didn't have to, but he just was kind of moved.
And I see his emails every day come through and it's like, Oh man, I don't want this anymore.
But you see a soccer player running down the field at top speed and just
fall over.
die.
Maybe shake a little bit once he's on the ground.
You see newscasters that are sitting here just like this and they fall over, dead.
You see, you see babies
that have taken these injections
that just have a seizure and die.
You see people who do hot-hopsies after a death has taken place.
They are revealing these, these weird blood structures that are found in person veins.
It's absolutely morbid and I don't want to bore you with all that, necessarily.
But this transhuman angle this transhuman angle is so patently evil you can't believe it.
It's evil. I don't know any other way to call it.
I heard a sermon. I heard a sermon years ago by a pastor by the name of Paris Reade-Head.
Some of you might know who he is.
I don't mean I agree with anything else he ever said
necessarily.
But this one sermon was pretty famous.
And he was talking about the people in the world that were pitted against God.
And he's a pretty fiery preacher, for sure.
But his statement was
they are monsters of inequity.
It stuck with me all these years.
That's the only way I can describe
these people that are trying to reformed humanity into their own image.
- תודה רבה.
